Dunkin'

Made an online order for pick up in the store. Got to the store and the door was locked. They said to go around through the drive-through. I did that, got to the window, and THEN the guy said the latte machine was broken. Told me to pull up past the window so other cars could get through the drive-through. I sat there for about five minutes with nobody coming out to help and cars just passing by. Then, fed up, I went and knocked on the front door to ask for my money back. The manager was in the back saying “who who wants their money back?!” He then comes out to me to say that he was planning on making it all along, but the machine was just cleaning… Now it’s not broken it was just on a cleaning cycle… Meanwhile he goes to the back and starts scrounging up someway to make the drink I ordered making it completely obvious that before I came in he had no intention on making what I ordered in the first place and was planning on leaving me sitting in the drive-thru until I got too frustrated and just left. So… naturally that was extremely frustrating! Won’t be going back to that location tbh.

I would rate this lower, but Google won't allow it. When will I learn my lesson... This Dunkin is HORRIBLE. Painfully slow (they now have a sign on the drive thru acknowledging this). And to top it off, today the eggs on both sandwiches and the hashbrowns were still frozen! Seriously they were icy. The bacon and cheese was melted but frozen eggs on cold bread? What was their solution? They put the entire sandwich (wrapper and all) into the oven... Come on. Don't bother coming here. Ever. The kids working here just screw around, on their phones, never following basic hand washing procedures (yes, I watched you) and the manager apparently has little to zero motivation to improve the operation.

One star is too many. Kid at the drive thru had a huge attitude, right from the start. It was so bad I called him out on it. I work in customer service, and if I ever treated a customer like that, I'd get fired on the spot. Unreal. Then I started reading reviews of that D&D location and it seems to be par for the course. It's a shame.
