This morning I picked up a few McMuffin as our breakfast. As I am sitting by my dining table and enjoying breakfast while reading on my phone, I came to bite into a big piece of bitter crust, I set it down and found out the edge of the muffin is charred. I can’t believe this! Never in my life have I been served food that looks like this. This is just awful. Their quality control needs serious work!

TLDR: Just don't go here. Honestly. Drive the extra distance for late night fast food. Don't waste your time.
Let me preface this by saying I do not expect much out McDonalds. I understand it is typically low quality food, and the employees are usually young, and/or not paid well. So you will not receive good service.
This location however is the biggest train wreck of a McDonald's I have ever been to.
They somehow messed up everything. The picture I posted was a "spicy chicken deluxe". A burnt piece of chicken inbetween 2 burned buns with a little sauce thrown in there (most of it was on the bag). Fries half full, old and soggy. Soggy chicken nuggets (old?).
Honestly everything was so disgusting and disrespectfully prepared that I could not even eat it. I would rather go to sleep hungry. Absolutely horrible location, and I'm not even touching on how unprofessional the staff was, just the food. (Staff was very bad but not even sure this needs to be pointed out as the food is bad enough to never go to this location).

Never returning here again. Ordered a large fry and this is what I am given. The burger that was part of our order was also undercooked. Service is also very slow. Highly dissatisfied with this location and would never ever recommend.

So this is a very nice location and it was fast service, just when I get across town to eat, my daughter says she has no meat in her burger! Slow down, y'all sold a burger no meat!

As a former McDonald’s employee, I can say this crew needs training and oversight. As I’m ordering I can hear a young lady yelling at the employee taking the order to the point he is flustered and out of words. He tells me to “pull around”. I pull to the first window and sit for a moment as I see a young lady put her head out the second window yelling at me saying “HELLO!” like it was my fault and I was somehow wrong. She then takes my card with a bit of an attitude and immediately ushers me to a numbered waiting spot when there was nobody behind me, yet there were 4 other cars waiting in other spots. This is clearly a crew playing with the performance metrics on the drive thru to make the numbers look better while they provide slow service. A car did follow about five minutes later and they asked them to do the same thing. I’m still sitting out here waiting for my food as I write this review. If you happen to go here and see someone sitting in spot 2, stop and make sure it isn’t still me. Maybe someone in corporate, or franchise relations, will see this and stop by to save me and the other customers waiting.

Worst Mcdonals, service sucks. Everytime I come it's at atleast a 15 mins wait for something simple. I've been sitting here waiting for them to bring out a Mango slush for quite some time as we speak. I understand places can be short staffed but it's been like this every single time I come. Do better!

The way I was treated at this location makes me want to never visit a McDonalds ever in life. From here to Japan. The employees were very rude and disrespectful Down to the young lady that plays the role of a manager. Mostly all employees were on their phones while handling food. WHICH IS so unsanitary especially with the high rise in COVID cases Not only that my order was WRONG three times when I went inside after going through the drive thru twice the young lady was talking about my partner referring to her as this B***** when asked to speak with a manger I couldn’t believe who walked from the other side she was one of the ones with the attitude and nasty language VERY DISTASTEFUL experience and I’ll never spend my money here again

I had a disappointing experience at your restaurant tonight.
My family and I jokingly refer to this location as "Gangsta Boo" because it's almost certain 9 times out of 10, that we will receive sub-par service, a delay in receiving our order, we know that we'll need to pull ahead to designated parking spot ad wait for the food to be ready and brought to our vehicle, and once it arrives, it will most likely have something still erroneous about the order.
This is simply what we've come to know, expect, and experience at this McDonald's.
According to your numerous adverse consumer reviews online, we are not alone in our notions and experiences.
Tonight, it was quite the same.
Your staff is typically, angry, bitter, and evidently unhappy to be there.
The young lady tonight was short in the way she spoke to me, huffed and puffed with anxiousness and an attitude during our transaction at the window, seemed extremely frustrated with her job, and honestly, I felt as though we were a bother to her.
This level of service (or rather the lack thereof) is far different that was we experience at any given Chick-fil-A establishment as well as the McDonald' location in Holly Springs.
I opted not to file a complaint about her initially, because I didn't want to get myself worked up and upset rehashing the nastiness in her tone and attitude with us.
The last straw however, was when I made it home and my medium fry box was only filled a third of the way (!!!!!) and the fries that were in there were browned, cold, and obviously the last of what they cooked for the night.
They were not tasty at all, they were broken half sized fries, and ad hungry as I was and for the fact that I left the comfort of my warm home to travel in the cold weather to your location, endured mistreatment and pathetic service from your team member just to get all the way home with barely any fries and they were cold and nasty, I am livid.
Additionally, we ordered a 4-piece nugget happy meal on a separate ticket.
The presentation of the meal was deplorable.
It was stuffed into your small, narrow brown bag that desserts of a single item such as a burger or fries is typically served in.
The meal as well as the large square size prize/toy box was stuffed in there (though it was nearly falling out because it couldn't all fit).
I asked her if this was a happy meal?
She retorted in a nasty tone, that yes it was the happy meal.
This happy meal was served with a frown and we are disappointed about that as well.
It was awkward to manage because of the packaging/bagging and was less appealing as well.
There is something about receiving the bright red happy meal box that actually makes you feel like you got the treat that you came for- a happy meal.
The way that we felt was more like we had been served crabby patties from Bob's Burgers...
What a shame.
I will also gladly complete the survey that is provided on the receipts.
Your staff is bottom of the barrel- that's with attitude, performance, and food prep capacity.
They are lacking in every way, and it is clear that you guys will hire anybody just to have bodies in that store.
