Large chili ans a large drink. Service was decent. Chili was as good as usual. The drink was very poor; there were two of us and we both had different drinks but both of is could barely tatse the flavor of our sodas. Seems like their machine was set to minimize the syrup ratio.

Did a mobile order and select drive thru and the lady told me I had to come in the store. What's the point of using the app If I have to go in the store after I select drive thru. I go to multiple Wendy's and never had and issue with this until today.

One of the sorriest locations in NC! Dining room closed and wouldn’t let me place a walk up order in drive thru! Open the dining room and it wouldn’t be a problem lazy a$$e$

Burgers are great. Problem was last week when I order the same food as I did this week it was a 1.00 less. When I asked about it, the answer I got was. I don't know I just ring it up. SMH

Not what it used to be. Most frustrating is that when they ask you to pull forward and wait on the side for someone to come out with your order when there is nobody in the line after you. They obviously have some timer on that measure the time for each order and that will turn off when a car leave the ordering window. They say it will only take a minute but you typically end up sitting waiting on the side in the car for min 5min, sometimes 10min. Very frustrating. We avoid the location of Wendy as much as we can for this reason
