Great store ! Caroline at selfie-checkout was super helpful! Love the wine selection and the meat department is second to none in the area. Just wish the self checkout machines had a spot to put your own reusable bags 🤔 Some everyday things can be a bit pricey at teeter versus the bargain stores, but when you want quality , fresh, top shelf stuff .... its teeter every time 👍

Went here a few days ago for the normal weekly grocery routine. Store was fine. Clean and well stocked with many options. The checkout is the reason for the 2 stars however. Cashier Nevaeh with the awesome large hair was the issue. Her hair was sadly her only awesome feature btw. She could use a class or 2 in manners/customer service. She was generally rude and unfriendly the entire time that we checked out. If we go here again we will definately be steering clear of her checkout line. Dealing with an employees attitude while checking out groceries is not something most ppl are interested in, me included.

Abysmal customer service from both the service desk and the manager this morning. Both decided it was a great idea to keep talking over me instead of listening to the problem. Then walked away. . The problem was simple; I had 5 gallon water bottles that I had bought here and I’ve been back a few times to replace them, but they are always out of full ones. Normally you pay a deposit for the bottles and are refunded when you bring them back. They absolutely refused to refund my deposit. The manager Harriet was rude and confrontational the moment she approached me determined to be unhelpful before even listening to me. Then refused to give me the information for corporate or the general manager and said I’m not helping you goodbye and walked away.

Harris Teeter have some of the best staff at any grocery store. The senior discount on Thursdays, their FUEL rewards, return and scan policies are excellent! I just wish Kroger, who owns Harris Teeter, could figure out a method customers could find out through technology which stores have an item in stock other than having to call customer service at each store and having them physically check their shelves and hold an item you need at the Customer Service desk. They used to be able to tell you which stories near you have an item in stock, but their software changed and they do not have the ability to do so now. I would also like them to install a least one handicap lane for people using riding carts like Wegmans has in their stores (Wegmans have at least 5 in each of their stores recently built in the Triangle.

I was on a daily Mission to buy certain items. I was met by my friendly, Cashier Ms Angela at 6AM each morning as usual. I got an abundance of the item that I had waited two weeks for. Japanese Noodles @$0.79 I use my VIC/EVIC CARD and I get discounts on quality goods cheaper than taking 4 buses to Walmart. It is not an expensive store if you know the value of Specials, Coupons, Sensible Budget, and Watch the Harris Teeter Delivery Trucks and Vendor Trucks. I know all the staff by name and all the vendor truck driver names. I guess I need a job over there across the street from my Residence 👌👍🤓. Wonderful Grocery Store to shop at in Cary, NC near Cary Towne Mall. Our of Town visiting come on by, I would like to meet the new customers 😎

What a great grocery store. Clean, bright, open 24 hours, friendly staff, and if you need it, it’s here. Fresh fruits and veggies, pre-made meals for on the go eating, made to order deli sandwiches, sushi, hot bar, Asian bar, salad bar, cheese bar, olive bar, bakery, seafood, and pretty much ANYTHING else you can think of. Starbucks and Pharmacy on site. Massive seasonal rotations for all holidays and times of year. From firewood to propane to office supplies, huge selections. Convenient location, tons of parking, and always a welcoming environment. Highly recommended!!

One of the newer HT's in the area with a helpful staff, great layout, Starbucks cafe, & large deli area including hot foods bar, sushi, & pizza. I love my neighborhood Harris Teeter! My husband & I walk up & shop "European style" about every other day. Our dog Nipper waits out front while we get coffee & a free "puppuccino" for him (whipped cream), & everyone fusses over him. Customer service is awesome with great employees like Vanessa at customer service, Ken at Uscan, & Veronica & Dylan in the deli. It's a great store!

There are a crazy number of grocery stores in Cary and Harris Teeter is our favorite for most things. Not too high end, not bargain basement, but just right. And of the many, many HT's in town, we drop by this one at least weekly. It's clean, bright, cheerful. We like the cheese selections and hot pizza, good deli, meats & fish, and lots of fresh produce. They have an amazing decorator in the bakery with charming cupcakes and petit fours. You might find milk or eggs cheaper elsewhere but if you want one-stop shopping, this is it.
