Coming from someone who grew up in Louisiana, this was not even close to gumbo. The roux was not complete as it had chunks of wheat still in it. My jambalaya and red beans & rice were needed improvement.
We came to this restaurant because we previously had the gator bites which were very good.
Aside from the bad food we enjoyed the outside patio and our server was very friendly. Would not recommend if you’re looking for true Cajun food.

Here on a quiet Friday afternoon waiting for tires next door at Discount Tire. Crab appetizer was great and the beer tap selection was nice. 1000% better than sitting in an Auto store waiting room. Great location!!

Came into town to do some shopping and decided to stop in for a bite to eat with my daughter. My server Caitlyn was very sweet and attentive it wasn’t busy at lunchtime but the food was very good. Prices are reasonable! Stop by and ask for Caitlyn you won’t regret it.

I searched Google for somewhere to satisfy a craving for Cajun. I'm so glad I decided to try The Big Easy Oven & Tap. The Gator Bites and Crawfish Etouffee were fabulous. One appetizer and one entree was plenty to feed us both. We had to save the Beignets for later. Corinne was an excellent server and anticipated our every need, even the dessert we didn't really need, but decided to take home! We will definitely go back!

When in the mood for fantastic Cajun cuisine, The Big Easy definitely delivers.
Bruno and B.J. made our lunch experience delightful and delicious. Arriving at 11:30am- No wait!!
We enjoyed the Catfish Po Boy with Sweet potato fries and hot tea along with the Jambalaya and Cornbread muffin with the House salad and ranch dressing.
Leaving just enough room for dessert, the Bananas Foster satisfied our sweet tooth.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late lunch so just sat at the bar. Bar was well stocked with about 10 to 12 beers on tap. We ordered our food and it came out quickly. Everything was hot and very good. Surprise how much food we got for the price. No complaints at all. Would have like the gator bits to be a bit bigger. They were good but a little small. This place is casual.

Everything was delicious! My first time trying the gator bites...they were seasoned well. I had the catfish as well and it tastes soooooo fresh.
My husband had the Taste of Louisiana, and he loved it! Of course I sampled his food as he did mine! 😋
Our waitress were awesome! Thank you Big Easy, we will be back! ☺️

Ordered the Cobb salad to go. It was SO GOOD. The homemade ranch set it off. Will definitely order again soon.
