We love KFC the drive through attendants could be more personable. If you don't like ppl find a new job choice. Also, we didn't check the bag vc we were rushed, however we never got our Gravy for the mashed potatoes. By the time I realized I was home fixing plates...I haven't written a bad review on KFC as their food is good but I will say a remodel won't help if you don't have great service and provide what's the customer paid for... I don't feel like after spending 44$ and some change I should have to check my bag like I do at McDonald's..

I run to KFC in Dogwood in Flowood, Ms. I ordered 2 of the 2 piece white meat extra crispy. I am in the drive through. I asked for side of string beans and cole slaw. I got HORRIBLE regular dark meat. It tasted like it was cooked days ago. i hope I don’t get sick. Could not eat it all. Their sides, you need a magnifying glass to find them they are small. Got 2 Coke’s with the 2 meals $19.50. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION.

The Taco Bell service is sinful; all items were in error. One item was entirely smooshed out of it's tortilla and stuck to the tinfoil; another taco was totally and entirely cracked, and upon contacting management, one was told that they couldn't do anything to fix it, and it "came from the supplier that way." Very unfortunate. The KFC food, however, was relatively on point. Over all a mixed bag, with some unfortunate features, and negligent management.
