Burger King

This place is ridiculous. Only place nationwide that will NOT allow you to substitute a shake for a soda, even when paying the extra price. Will only sell you one at extra full price. Their value meals are extremely overpriced. The sales tax is 1.5 cents more than the state tax, and only at the truck stop. In my opinion, TA/Petro are stealing your money when it comes to prices: well above everyone else. Personally, I'd love to see their entire corporation shut down.

Worst Burger King yet..they need to retrain their employee on how to drain some of the grease off the burgers & probably everything else before they slap them on a bun & wrap them up. I swear they are trying to kill us out here with these GREASE SANDWICHES they seem to keep serving us.. good luck. If you love grease you are at the right place.

The server that took our order started out with an attitude. After the customer she was serving walked away, we were waiting for her to tell us to walk up, or say "next" or something as an indication that it was okay to proceed. But instead she just stared at us. That is just crazy. We are not mind-readers. A simple "what can I get you two today?" would have been sufficient enough. Why work in the food industry where your main job is to serve the public with basic service skills if you don't have any?

Asked for no salt on fries, yet they were loaded with salt. All the veggies on the burger were wilted and soggy like the burger had been made for hours. Food was not hot. The cokes were only carbonated water. On top of all this service was extremely slow. We've always liked Burger King but this place was so bad I don't see us going to any in the future.

Went in here today for my supper, ordered the #8 the chicken sandwich, I asked for no lettuce and add cheese and to cut it in half, none of that happened except for the no lettuce part.. I saw that the dude that was doing the sandwich board didn’t put on the cheese that I asked for in the beginning of my order, because of the cashiers/manager making an error I had to pay for the cheese to be added, have no problem with if it was taking care of in the beginning of my order.. because he made a mistake he makes the customer pay for HIS mistake, if they don’t know what they are doing on the register or the board they shouldn’t be doing it!!! Also I ordered the mozzarella sticks and they were dried out and were not fresh at all!! Had to throw them out..

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and an onion ring. One spicy chicken sandwich was a special order because of bacon added. The onion rings were cold. The spicy chicken sandwich with the bacon had an old hard piece of chicken on it. Of course when I called they wouldn’t answer the phone. So come tomorrow, I will be there to speak with a manager. Guess you can’t have it your way because I didn’t over pay for some hard old crispy chicken. Ridiculous! The fact that fast food employees want more money for minimum wage is crazy. You can’t even get an order right. Getting in contact with corporate also.
