Mcdonald's

The manager came from the back area saying "she would burn this place down they better stop messing with me" then she starting cursing in the front. I had to ask for my drink several times she was supposed to make it, but she was just standing there auguring with the employees. I asked another employee to get my drink she came and slammed my cup down and said " didn't I tell you I was getting your drink" I said your very unprofessional.

Nasty, dirty, poorly managed. All orders were screwed up and customers were all angry. Kids would just laugh at them and scream “So?! Turn us in!”. Food wasted on the floor due to excessive horseplay. Maybe a boycott of this Pilot by us drivers ($25,000+ fuel revenue loss per day) will inspire upper management to take the necessary steps to revoke the franchise and put a business in there dedicated to good customer service and sanitary practices…

This place is ridiculously slow. We were stuck waiting in line for about 45 minutes. In that time, only three cars got through. We'd have left, but we were trapped by other cars. By the time we finally got to the window, our food was cold and the milk shake we'd ordered had melted. They refused to refund the order without us pulling up and waiting god knows how long.

Slow service, has 2 drive thrus. I pulled up in one and didn't get serviced, waited 10 mins thinking they were just busy but when other cars pulled up into the second drive thru, they got taken care of instantly. Got fed up and just left. Wasted a whole 10 mins sitting there waiting to get service but got nothing.
