Subway

Came to the store about 30 minutes after ordering online, app said my sandwich was ready. Got into the store and waited for people to clear and asked if we could pick it up and the woman said that we were going to have to wait because she had customers behind us. After prioritizing EVERYONE but us and 30 minutes later, we get the sandwiches just for the order to be wrong. Worker deserves to be reprimanded for wasting my girlfriend and I's time and being rude as hell while doing it.

This Subway is the worst Subway I have ever visited in my life , there is a Hispanic older lady who trains her staff to be conservative with the food, I ordered a 12" Tuna sandwich and instead I got a vegie sandwich that tasted like tuna, usually at any other Subway that I had visited, they will serve 4 full scoop of tuna on a 12" sandwich but this lady puts 4 half scoops, and when I brought it to her attention she basically just ignored me. absolutely terrible customer. service I asked Steak and EGG 3 times and this fat lady repeats my order " steak and egg?" then she prepares Steak. i ask her why she is not adding eggs to my sub, then she says she thought i ordered steak sub...people make mistake .. it's understandable. then she starts to give me attitude and tells me to " well.. say it louder" ??? ... if she's not happy with the job ... i hope she stays at home.. i go to this very often and if she is there next time.. i will immediately walk out

I saw in the tip jar that no one had tipped this guy. So, I decided to give him my change. (79 cents) He then reached over the counter and grabbed 2 bags of chips that had been sitting there. I hadn't even noticed them. He then stuffed them into my sandwich bag. I thought he was giving them to me cause i had been nice and tipped him. Later I looked at the receipt and saw he had charged me for them. They were actually something I can't eat. Flaming hot cheetos and barbecue lays.

Whatever!! to the bad comments !! I always visit in the wee hours of the morning it varies depending on my work schedule .. Becky rocks and so do the other overnights . The two boys are amazing that work overnight they have great customer service sometimes when no one is there ill enjoy a short good convo with one of em and they always get my order better than I ordered ! So glad this place is just two minutes from my new place bc they not only know how to hook up a sandwich but a bomb salad !! Haven't visited the day crew yet but I'm sure our time will come and I'll check back in then. Def hit them up yea yea they're a little pricey due to the chain etc but it's worth the customer service you receive they're like my friends I look forward to picking up food here and who'll be working , shout out to Michael he knows a good movie when he sees one also makes a "killer" sandwich !!
