When we pulled up, apparently we weren't on the sensor. We kept saying "hello" and no one responded. So finally we decide to just go to the window. We were sitting for a good few mins before having to flag one of the 2 girls down to acknowledge us. We told her no one answered us on the intercom can we order here? She said no we have to go back around and order and wait behind all these cars behind us when we were there first. The lady argued with us and then we just left. It wad the most rude experience at a restaurant i have ever had. I won't be going back there.

Update: July 2021. I would like to report that Wendy's fixed the issue because I did call corporate but they did not.
However this Wendy's has really turned over a new leaf very clean inside, super fast, and yummy. (i'm here like three times a week). The Dining room is now open - Super Cool. So I'm changing my rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars. If someone had at least returned my call like Corporate promised I could change it to five stars.
Just like the guy three comments below. Three times I ordered from here and three times I got my burger without bacon. Store manager would not refund would not replace burger. Spent 45 mins on hold and can't get a refund. If you like your food the way you order it go to a different Wendy's.

From the parking lot to the counter, someone needs to take a good long look at this place. Trash everywhere, dirty table, poor landscaping, no a/c on. An uncomfortable experience, to say the least. I'm sure corporate is not visiting, at least not enough.

Fast service. Only thing is they hand you your food so fast and walk away but do not ask if I want condiments.

The cashier was friendly and my food was nice and hot. Especially, the Chili. That's my favorite food from Wendy's. The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. The only bad thing about all fast food restaurants is, that you only hear Spanish spoken amongst all of the workers. Even when people are ordering, the workers interrupt the cashier to ask questions, while the cashier is trying to concentrate on a customers order. All workers should not be allowed to speak their native language during work hours. Only on breaks and outside of work. Mc DONALD'S is terrible about this rule. Even the managers and upper level managers speak Spanish to Everyone!!! This is America, no other country.

probably the worst Wendy's in southbay. The people that work here are so rude and unprofessional I can't believe why they hired these people . Whoever runs this place should be fired immediately I hope corporate will read this review and fire whoever manages this place .

Seriously just rude people. Could have just given me my food at the counter and instead expected me to go through the drive through even though people just left out after getting there food. I did not get my food instead had to request a refund just doesn’t make any sense

i went to the driver thur she told me to resume again i waited 15 minutes and she kept talking about me in spanish to her friend, i and i tended spanish if something is not done i will open a police report
