Subway

I will definitely not be back to this location. I ordered a tuna spinach wrap, when I got home and started to eat it, the tuna was so extremely salty and disgusting. I have never eaten tuna with salt in it. I spit it out and cooked myself something else for dinner. I was so disappointed. Warning, the tuna is salty. This is definitely the right location, this review is for when I went there before your closing for renovations. I decided to do the review days later, because I can never forget about my experience of eating salty tuna. Hopefully with new renovations, you all will have better tuna prepared. This is the only subway location in Carrollton, VA.

Ordered a subway platter, called earlier in the day to confirm platter would be ready at 5. The platter was ordered on Saturday for Thursday. Showed up at 5 to pick up platter nobody knew anything about the platter. No manager was working. The kids working there did not know how to make a platter. They told me I could go somewhere else if I like. The platter was for a birthday party so too late to make other plans. This is the second time this has happened to me at this subway. Will not be back. The kids working there did the best they could to put something together but they are definitely not trained. I hold management accountable for lack of training.

I went to the Carrollton Subway for lunch today. The lettuce was brown and should have been tossed out. The employees said the supply truck was coming tomorrow but kept serving produce that was obviously past it’s use by date. I will never eat at this location again. Common sense approach and possibly a good place for the health inspector to visit.

You need to have a tall with your two employees working this evening (9/26/19) about working together. One is Alex, but the other does not have a name tag. You have one employee (Alex) putting all the meats & cheeses on the subs and the other is putting the condiments. The one doing the meats & cheeses is moving WAY faster than the other and is just continuously overloading the other employee. Not offering to help at all.

The one thing I hate about this subway is that the employees never wash their hands! Anytime you come from the back of the store or from around the counter you NEED to wash your hands FIRST before you go pulling out the gloves to start fixing the food. Also, once the gloves are on that means don't scratch your face or push your glasses up on your nose with your gloved hands. This seems to happen every time I come here and every time that it does I walk out without buying anything. On occasion I get lucky and the person fixing my sandwich will wash their hands first...but this is VERY rare at this location.
