Mcdonald's

I got one happy meal and slushy. Paid almost 10.00 The chicken nuggets were burnt and hard to eat. I went back and show them the nuggets and I was very polite and said I don't mean to complain but my daughter can't eat these. They're burnt so they told me to park at number to curbside and they would bring out the chicken nuggets. I told them thank you 7 minutes later they brought out another 6 piece nugget which is the second picture shown on here. It looks like they drop them on the floor I will not let my daughter eat them. I'm going to Jack's to get her some chicken fingers this is sad I was very polite and courteous.The girl just handed me my food in my window. And she was kind of rude. I could have been rude back but I'm trying not to be that type of person but that is very very unacceptable almost $10 for one chicken nugget Happy Meal and a slushy they were not kind they were all so rude and there is no one here I hope you all have a good experience if you come to this one?

6/18/22 1:20pm Today my husband and I decided to stop by this McDonalds after running errands in the area. We dined in and had a wonderful experience. It seems like it is getting more and more difficult to have a positive fast food experience nowadays, however, the staff at this location proved that this is not the case. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. The interior was sparkling clean and our food came out very quickly. You can tell this crew is the best at what they do & they deserve to be celebrated. We will definitely return again!

This is the worst McDonalds in the West Georgia area! I have door-dashed everyday in this same area & this location is absolute worst on my stops!!!! Every night I wait in line for 30 min while the Employees inside (who could clearly be seen) stand around. Once I FINALLY got to the ordering screen tonight, they stated “Our cook has gone on break, but you can wait if you want too.” So I drove around and was told, “Our computers are down, so we’re closed for the night.” This location use to be 5 star worthy, but it’s giving trailer park rest stop now. In the last year, they claim to be ”down” every night around 11 until they open up for breakfast. So pretty much, the employees are inside on the clock for free. I can’t wait for this place to be shut down or replaced.

Week I did the app ordering and it went threw and came out of my account then I sat there nearly 30 mins and never got my order. I even put where I was at. I finally went to window and they said they didn't get my order even when I told them I it was taken from account and on app and showed them. They said there was no way for them to fix it or help. So I had to resend my order in and lost my free item. They need to be educated on the use of the app and how to refund money. I shouldn't of had to pay for the order again or place it.

Alot of people give them bad reviews because of the wait but they are people just like me and you and when you have 20 people pull up at the same time. I believe they handle it perfectly. Today me and my partner took our 3 autistic siblings there and took them inside. While there they never once asked my siblings to calm down while they were stimming. And while there a bunch of drive through people showed up so they stop serving inside. This ride man started banging on the door because he saw us and the woman handled him perfectly. Wish I would of told them thank you but they were so busy. 10/10 best McDonald's I've been to in awhile

The play area is closed. Honestly it's the only reason we come to this horrible place. You have to take your own order on the machines. The workers hide in the back until you get called up to get your food. You have to catch them fast before they go back into hiding. They have table numbers they don't use, cause again, they're hiding in the back. There were no straws out. When you ask for ketchup they give you 3 packs for 3 meals. Honestly idk why they still pay people to work here. Customers and machines do 98%of everything except cook.
