If I could give a zero, I would. I have never had a worst experience at a restaurant before. The person taking our order Cody was super rude. When we got to the window, they gave my friend half of her large fry and didn’t even give her a straw. They threw our sauces in the bag on top of our food and it was super messy. They also didn’t give us our receipts or even asked if we wanted them.

I love ARBYS and I use to get coupons at my old address but now I live father out in the country well when I went through the line and asked for the 2 gyros for $6.00 he said do you have the coupon and I said no we don’t get them at my address like before where I lived. He told me no I could not get it then for that deal with out coupon. Before leaving the drive through I asked how I can sign up for coupons he said : I don’t know. Very upsetting and I feel like he could have asked a manager at least or seen if they had any there for my next visit. Sadly I’m not sure if I would return here or not.
