Kfc

The food is standard like other KFC places but drive through was a horrible experience. Person who takes order talked way too fast that i can hardly hear what she was saying, she got annoyed when i talked louder to confirm what i want (i do this because she was having a hard time hearing me). I asked for hot sauce but to find non when i get home :(, they have the order for the car behind me ready first ??? I will not return for a long time.

They are intermittent in their service here. This is a Taco Bell & KFC, and I had a three-item Taco Bell order plus drink. They forgot one item completely, then another item was so skimpy it should have been embarrassing when I pointed it out. Instead, the clerk tried to defend it as being the norm. As for my choice of drink, unsweetened tea with artificial sweetener, it is very hit-or-miss whether the tea will be out for customer self-service. Today it was, but half the time you have to flag down someone to come up front and retrieve tea from the drive thru area. And 100% of the time, there is no artificial sweetener for self-service either. Also, I have seen the occasional night clerk hover over people and remind them of the dining room hours, not letting them eat in peace. I would understand if they were closing the store and going home and they were being delayed. However the drive thru stays open late, so it isn't like they can't chill and let you eat. Dining room closing time should always be the last customer admittance, not the last departure.

Arrived at 9:41pm and placed my order. I asked for Apple empanadas and was told that they did not have any cooked. Why would you not offer to cook any because that's what the customer wanted. I would understand if he had only 2 minutes left to work but he had 19. I know it's something small but it's the principle of the thing and customer service is everything when it comes a restaurant.

I usually only do good reviews but I felt I should review them though because of the negative experience. Well twice in a row they have left items off my order though I paid for them. Didn't discover until I got home. I tried to call to let them know this is happening, so they can fix the problem. They have disconnected the phone. I'm assuming this is to avoid complaints. Just go to a different one I guess.
