The restaurant was very clean inside and out.
The food was great, 100% fresh and hot.
I would have given 5 stars, but THEY DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST ITEMS at this location, which was why I made the 4.5 mile bicycle ride there.

Imma give them a negative 100. So we order two Doritos loco combo and get the food in drive thru and the man was rude as hell. We then go home open the food up getting ready to eat. The tacos have been sitting for hours because the meat fell thru the soggy a$$ taco. All of them were like that. My diet soda tasted like a fruit soda. I try to call and they never answer. The location I’m speaking on is 3420 west park Blvd. Plano TX. Worst food ever here. Please clean house your people don’t know how to run a successful business.

Worst Taco Bell service. Frequently telling customers they aren’t accepting orders via drive thru. Seriously? Not sure how y’all stay in business. I’ve never had this happen at any fast food restaurant and you’re having this happen every other visit? Won’t be visiting or wasting my time there again.

The person working drive thru this morning has a terrible attitude. If you hate your job that much find something else. Or better yet work from home so no one has to deal with such unprofessionalism. I get it. It’s Taco Bell. Can’t expect much.

Had an online order for 5-party packs. Son showed up to pick them up and they only had 1 made. When told about the mistake, they refused to complete the order! Even showed the receipt for the $110 order and they still said they couldn’t do anything for us. No manager at the store to help. Was told to call corporate on MONDAY Ridiculous!!!

Took a minute for our food to be done. I ordered nachos and a cheese gordita crunch and it looked awful and there were only 4 chips with cheese and I have so many dry chips left. I decided to get taco bell for dinner after not eating all day and yeah.. super upset.

It’s one thing that this place gets your order wrong and the drive through employee has a bad attitude… But They won’t even pick up their phone lines to correct the order.

How do you order food here? By 8:30 pm the lights are out as always on the drive through lane do you can’t see the menu to order! How stupid is that? Just close then! It’s ridiculous! Who runs this Taco Bell? It’s Sunday January 2nd 2022.
