Subway

Unfortunately I have to say that the kids at this location are terrible, they always messed up orders and never get anything right. I had to use this location since the previous one I used to go is temporary closed. This is the third time I order something from this subway and I have to say enough is enough. They need to hire new employees because who ever makes the sandwiches through online orders always sends the wrong order. The first time I went the guy there wasn’t paying attention since he was using his AirPods, I had to repeat myself so many times and he would still add the wrong veggies and wrong meat. Thanks to this I witness 4 customers who walk in and then walked out of the store. The second time order 30 minutes ahead and when I got there my order wasn’t even ready, I had to wait 15 minutes more for them to make my sandwich. The third time I placed an online order and they delivered a completely different order, nothing that I add was in my sandwich. Owner if you see this please hire other employees because the 2 guys working there are making you loose customers everyday.

Worst crew. The employees are teens. One of them was flirting with a girl for almost 20 mins instead of toasting the bread. I ordered for a single sandwich and had to wait till the other guy stops sweeping the floors and make the sandwich. Couldn’t really believe the owner left the store to these kids without a supervision. Pity the Owner.

I put in my order a half hour before I got there and it was not ready. When I came in, the guy had put the order he was working on in the toaster.. That should have been his cue to start making my sandwich but he just stood there and waited. Finished that order and started another order before the lady said wait, she ordered online so she should probably go. I’m sure this subway will close soon since business in this plaza is low anyway but I wanted to share my experience. If you are hungry and in the neighborhood, there are far better places to get food.

I was at this location recently during a somewhat "busy" time in the afternoon. I'm only writing this review for ONE young gentleman that currently helped me - Miguel. I could tell instantly while walking in that he was the only one on shift and there were 3 or 4 people in queue before me. He instantly said "welcome to subway" with a smile on his face and I proceeded to get in line. He was busy making an online order at the time (which I'm sure while working solo can make things stressful) and that's when I noticed his INSANE attention to detail and his ability to keep his composure under pressure. If Subway has "sandwich artists", this man is seriously Picasso. He put the others, as well as my, sandwiches together like a pediatric neurosurgeon. I'm talking down to the perfect angles of cheese and placement of lettuce, etc. I've honestly never seen anything like it and probably never will. And although there must have been an immense amount of pressure from people waiting, not ONCE did I see him lose his composure or mess up. As a matter of fact, everyone in line actually thanked him after receiving their sandwiches and I know they all meant it as I'm sure they witnessed the same thing I did. Kudos to this young man and I wish him great success in the future. I will definitely be back.
