Wendy's

This is the second time I got my southwest avocado salad, I don’t know how long they have the salad for but my first e I thought it was my luck to get this old salad, that Wendy place use to have fresh salad until recently this month I went twice and I got this gross salad , florist time after I ate I got stomachache, and this time I open it and I saw this gross thing again , I won’t go there anymore , I won’t recommend to go there get salad

Went for breakfast this morning, got the maple butter chicken croissant sandwich. The chicken was not edible it was so burnt, hard, and old I had to throw it away. I just ate the bacon and bread. The only thing that made me feel better was that I got it free through the app. But the chicken needs to be made fresh next time Wendy’s

Ordered 2 bowls 1bowl no lettuce and three chicken fajitas tacos, ended up with half a head of lettuce on 1 bowl, the shells tasted outdated as hell or fried in old grease.Went back for a refund after being treated rudely by Tyler who said there was no manager there to give a refund and to come back tomorrow😨 He offered to remake but ran out of beef fajitas told us we had to get off the phone bc he had people in line to take care of, (3) whole cars etc, being that he was rude and flustered, I did not trust having food remade.We did not fuss, came back in the morning, bc phones not being answered, did receive refund but not in cash as I had paid, but on a debit card because per karisma, they do not give cash refunds, so we will be waiting another couple of days to get my 27$. I was highly disappointed, but, hey Eric didn't act out🤷🏽on a Saturday night!

I ordered on the app and it took 15 minutes to get my food. The employees were not wearing their masks properly, not covering their noses and the one at the register kept pulling hi down off his mouth, he also kept arguing with customers. The place was also kind of run down. Probably won't come back.
