Dunkin

Went to this location a couple of weeks ago and the service was very slow. Everyone who didn’t only order donuts had to wait for a while to get their items. They didn’t have many options for donuts, they were out of a lot of them and it was only 8:00 am. Today we tried this location again thinking maybe they were having a bad day last time. The 2 chocolate donuts I ordered were COLD, cold like they had been in the freezer or something. I took it back to the girl at the register and she didn’t even bother to apologize. All she said to me was “I keep telling him they are cold and he doesn’t listen”. I’m guessing “he” was the guy in the kitchen. This guy walks out of the back grabs a glazed donut from the rack and takes it with him and she brings it back to me like everything is okay now. All they did was grabbed a glazed donut dipped it in chocolate and gave it back to me. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location ever again and I hope all of the people who got frozen donuts don’t either.

I don’t like to write a negative review about a local business but I feel i should so that their management can improve. Since a Kid in Chicago I’ve always been a fan of DD! This location has never had the friendly welcoming service. Every time I see a new face and the owner/manager is always got heavy presssure on the staff which might be the reason for the heavy turnover. I feel with adequate staffing they can service their customers better. A smile on the face would also be a great start to yours and your customers morning. Give customers a few minutes to decide want they want instead of rushing them and then messing up their orders.

Get a better manager he’s rude even to his employees, always trying to rush people he gave hard donuts but not a surprise my daughter told me when she used to work there about 5 months ago he puts the old donuts from the day before up there and gives them to people that’s sickening. But adrieana makes my coffee she does a wonderful job she knows straight on before I even get to the cash registers. Another girl who used to work there said the place is dirty and they never got breaks. They are kids they need a break. Nice employees but the manager in the blue needs to either be nicer or find a better manager.

I go for the breakfast sandwiches and iced coffee. I definitely prefer Starbucks as Dunkin never fails to give me coffee flavored sugar milk...instead of actual coffee. It's pretty gross most of the time. But it's cheap and quick and good for a change of pace once in a while. You just have to be specific about cream and sweetener with them.

We've had good experiences here. Today was excellent! We both ordered coffee, and even though they had one cup's worth left of old coffee, they offered us both fresh. The donuts tasted very fresh. They also clued us in to how to get our order more cheaply. Both the people working there were super helpful and friendly. There is also a Baskin-Robbins in there with lots of delicious looking ice creams! The coffee is fantastic. :D

Manager is rude to his customers and to his co workers. He was yelling and giving attitude to this little girl she had glasses, who was making sandwiches I was watching her and she only had to make a couple sandwiches she did a good job on them too. Not good management talking to his co workers like that. The store was messy. I go here all the time and I see the manger so rude to these girls. The donuts are never fresh I know I saw the manager put the old looking donuts in the front and he gave me a few donuts and they were hard and just not good at all. Horrible management. Sweet girls though.

Terrible customer service. Went there today 10/19/2018 around 9am, they were low on staff and out off food. After waiting for 10 mins and looking at the struggling employees I walked out. In the past it has been the same as far as wait time is concerned. Having worked in food industry, 3 employees at peak time is at least 1 employee short. Their donuts are stale but other food is good.
