I came to KFC to order at 9 pm. When I arrived the lobby was closed. The drive through and mobile app service was available. Due that I was on foot, I went to the drive through to place an order. He said no. I walked around the corner downloaded the app and placed an order. Within 5 minutes it was ready.. oh but the lobby is closed( ,BTW 2 people sitting and eating inside,) which is what the sign says to do come in. I proceeded to walk back to the drive through and he gave my order. Are serious. Not cool

I see the bad reviews. My experience was great. I ordered on uber eats. It was remarkably fast. The food was hot and very chrispy with alot of flavor. Honestly best chicken I have had in a very long time. Maybe I was just lucky. Maybe not but it was great not. A single complaint. Items I got were 12piece bucket. 2 large Mac and cheese 1 large mashed with gravy. And their roll things. Everything was perfect temp. 5/5

I just left this location around 8:45 tonight. We ordered 2 of the 4pc extra crispy strip meals, one with fries and one with mashed potatoes. This has been my worst visit ever!! The strips were dried out, and I mean with the grease hardened inside. The fries were old and hard, no grease, so they had not been cooked anytime soon!! The potatoes and drinks were the best thing we had. I didn't receive a receipt to call the 800 number, and I guess I know now why!! Y'all need to get another night crew, because this one is going to run away all of the night customers.
