Dunkin'

Good visit at this Dunkin location. Courteous staff and efficient service. I ordered coffee 2milks, 2sugars. Tasted very good. I also ordered two Bacon & Egg Cheese Wraps. Served hot, cheesy and tasted good too. The outside trash can needed to be emptied, but everything else at this Dunkin location was excellent!

First time at Dunkin’s and this was my first location, and I thought it would be great, the hype about Dunkin drew me in. Yeah, so I got some donuts this morning and it wasn’t as good as the family donut shop near me. It’s cool you have baristas but I could careless about coffee at a donut shop. I wanted crisp fluffy donuts. That I didn’t get. And my youngest stop eating your donuts, because they were too chewy like grocery store donuts and she tried 3 of them, the coffee I got is just okay.

We arrived around 1pm, WELL after the morning rush. Even though the restaurant was short staffed (per the help wanted sign in the front door), they were very friendly and helpful with our choices. The coffee wasn't burned as I was half expecting since I just ordered a brew. We will return when we get our Dunkin craving!

I came from Chicago, where Dunkin’s are at every block. Coming to this location made me feel like I was at home! Staff was very friendly- even more than Chicago… I walked in and was greeted immediately by not one, but a few smiling faces! Donuts were well stocked and fresh.. the only thing I wish they had was a chocolate long John. Those are my favorite! I didn’t see the bin for it, so I don’t know if they’re out or just don’t sell it at this location. I use the app and had a free beverage reward and got my coffee with cream and sugar. Their coffee with cream and sugar is balanced and satisfying. It was a pleasure, I hope this Dunkin stays consistent with their fresh food and drinks, and continue to put smiles on their customers faces. I actually left Dunkin, and forgot to order my drink, and went through the drive thru. The girl working the drive thru was even more friendly. Such great positivity to add to my morning. Came in 6/15 at 9am and the staff was incredible!!!

This dunkin donuts has treated us well in the past but oh, how it's fallen. We've gotten donuts before that have been old and hard or even donuts that have tasted a bit stale but today takes the cake. We get our donuts and the lady says "they're a bit melty so I kept the paper on them." We thought that the frosting was just a little sticky to the bag like normal so we didn't worry. Oh, how we should have worried. We get to where we need to and open the bag. The frosting wasn't melty, it was melted. Completely melted and everywhere in the bag. It was to the point that if we wanted any frosting at all, we would have to lick the bag. All the donuts were ruined. Dunkin donuts used to be my go to donut place, but not anymore after this
