Ordered my 10 piece bone in half original hot, and half lemon pepper wings by phone, picked them up, and they did not disappoint! Hot and fresh, and steamy also well done just like I like them.. I got carrot sticks instead of fries..& ranch on the side! Yummy 😋

I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this location to anyone. I went to the location at 11:40pm and they would not take my order at all. The employees mention they were only taking Uber eats orders and online orders. I ask the lady when did they start doing protocol that way. The lady responded that they were short staffed (3 employees as normal). I then proceeded to ask for the three lady’s name they did not want to provide that information to me. Bailey said “we would have name badges if we wanted you to know my name” . The only way I got the name Bailey because one of the lady’s yelled it out. If they didn’t want to work the hours they were scheduled for they should have never applied to work late. The open sign and the door remained unlock. I will also be reporting this to cooperate. Hope those ladies get the proper customer service training they need and do t treat any other customers this way.

I had placed a mobile order and got there before it was even done, but the front lady told me it was almost done and needed to be packed. Gave me my drink while I waited, and the place was also really clean and friendly.

Every time I come to this particular WS the food is cooked to order, and the fries are crispy. The only think is the coke machine kinda smells funny, the ice and drink button often get stuck and the bathroom could use a real good cleaning.

They just stand around and do nothing. No one makes sure the orders are complete. No one calls out the orders. They make the drivers fill out the drinks (filthy). Nonsensical pickup system. Who is their manager and why are they such failure?

Had the 10pc boneless lemon pepper wings to go. The wings were overcooked and hard. Dry as well. Called the place to tell them about their wings and it went to their voice-mail. The staff there were bickering about something I don't know about.

Went inside and ordered a meal for two. Josh the frontman was outstanding in customer service. He take care of me, and seemed to have a good staff running for him as well. Thank you.
