Such a cute, homey ambiance. Came here for my birthday dinner and I think they stayed open a little later just for us (much appreciated!). I think this place is owned by an older couple and they were so sweet. I got the sirloin sandwich and side of salad, both were delicious and a good portion size. Our friends got the tacos & chicken fried steak, and everyone was very content with their food. I got the italian sweet cream cake...it was a big slice & scrumptious. Sangria was delicious too! 55 degrees also has board games too, which i loved.

Nice and cozy , family owned and run, conveniently located near Carrollton downtown and DART station. Service is prompt and courteous. Tried breakfast, it was nice. Breakfast tacos and Migas both tasted just fine. Clean and tasty, good ingredients.You can order.coffee, too. When you need something good and want to try small and convenient restaurant, this is good place to Visit!

Pts for the cute neighborhood and exit door. Tired interior space filled with used office furniture and a tv on wire shelves. 10-15 wines by the glass for $10 each with no interesting options. My husband and I were underwhelmed by the red blend and the Cabernet the owner recommended as a dry red. I took one sip and didn’t touch the rest. The owner was uninterested in asking why. The red wines are stored at too cold temperatures. Buy a nice bottle at the wine store and you’ll be in better shape!!
