The questionable employee has been gone and replaced by decent workers, though the quality of the store has not gone up. They are constantly missing items off of the shelf for weeks. I'm sorry, but how has there been NO STRAWS in over three weeks? The month before it was no mustard packets for about six weeks. I can rarely shop here without being frustrated by something. Don't have this issue at any other 7-Eleven I've been to.

The smoothie machine blew my mind. I’ve never seen one of these in any 7/11 before. Was kinda disappointed with the beer selection. Lots of local beer but nothing less than a 6 pack.

I haven’t had any inconveniences with my card fraud or rude cashier yet but I was really impressed with the amount of Monterey Jack tacos and my favorite 24 ounce nos Can available in the multiple variety of snacks and drinks very convenient for me when I go dump the trailer at the transfer station very nice pitstop very acceptable with truck and trailer. Keep doing what you’re doing but of course if other people are having bad experiences please help them have a good experience like me

I am staying at the Residence in near by and I have twice been treated rudely by the same employee. He is a white heavy set guy, named "Boyd" or something similar. The first time, after my purchase, I literally asked, "may I have a bag please," after he took the sale, failed to bag the items and started waddling away. His reply, "Patience, you need to learn to have patience. I was going to get you one!" as he walked back to where the bags were. The second time, after purchasing cigarettes...I asked for a lighter, of which he then proceeded to charge me nearly $3 for even though the register said .99 cents. I was like, "isn't this a $1.00 lighter?" He just pointed to the lighter stack, "well, you didn't tell me which one so I just grabbed one..." That's when I just stared at his name badge before he figured out what I was doing and turned around. This guy needs to be fired.

I went to this 7/11 to pump gas I inserted my card entered my pin and my card was declined which was insane so I checked my acct and my acct was zeroed out. I freaked out called my bank and they let me know that 7/11 had a hold on my money for 24 hours. I don’t know how that even happened. I wasn’t even to pump gas!! I left and was completely low on gas here was no way I was going to make it home since I work right around the corner. They took all my money so I had to ask a family member to come back down to pump gas for me since all my money was gone. My family member came with a credit card and had to pump gas with that card. And we had to use that card. I pump gas and leave, my family member calls and says 7/11 took out 200 dollars from his account!!!!! This is insane!! I called and they said there was nothing they can do and the lift would be removed in 24 hours?! First of all why is this happening in the first place?! If you use your card here please BEWARE and check your bank acct as soon as you leave !!!!

3 of the 8 pumps had out of order signs. The 2 other pumps I tried didn't read my card. Had to go in the store and prepay. Inside there was one clerk for several customers during the morning work rush.
