Absolutely amazing experience. The service provided by Ahmad put me in a comfortable environment and left me being able to fully enjoy my time there. He helped with the shisha flavours and making sure we got the full experience. Will definitely be coming back and be looking to it.

Loved it here! Felt welcome and really enjoyed my time and would recommend to more people. I spoke to the guy at the till, Ahmad. Really humble person and he really made us feel welcome, thanks to him and of course the whole staff.

i came here to celebrate my birthday at the start of march and was welcomed by amazing service by Ahmad who made sure everything was okay and we were fully enjoying our experience. Enjoyed every bit of it and will surely be coming back in the future for more celebrations.

I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was truly the most amazing experience. The guys at the bar Ahmad and Omar were great at dealing with us and dealing with the order swiftly despite there being so many of us. When there’s a big group, sometimes a place compromises on quality but these guys ensured that everything was perfect and their friendliness made our night. I will definitely be returning.

Best Shisha spot in Cardiff. Yunis made the Shisha for us and we went with his recommendation cannot fault it. Keep up the good work boys l.

Unique shisha setting with loads of seats. The shisha was delivered in a disposable pipe which wasn't positive. The food was ordered via scan QR and ordering to table. It took a while and upon requiring the system was off.
Definitely 4/5 with good vibes.
Shisha was cheap price in comparison to Manchester (where I'm from) £15 for 3 premium flavour mix.

We came by for brunch! They serve this until 2.30pm! The place is very deceiving you walk in and it’s got the wow factor in the shisha restaurant area! The breakfasts we tried where beautiful! Proper good quality ingredients used everything has their own seasoning from the beans to extra smashed avocado we added. The Karak chai pot was the best tea I’ve ever had! The French toast was light fluffy and beautiful! We enjoyed everything if you are looking for best brunch spot in Cardiff would recommend here. Great service one of the best breakfasts we have had and we travel around a lot.
Parking can be found on road parking outside you get one hour free from when they check but they rarely ever check as I saw loads of cars parked same spot and on double yellows.

Such a beautiful lounge in Cardiff. So beautifully decorated and clean. Staff were so friendly and always making sure we were okay and comfortable, didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all! We came from London and the prices here for shisha were half the price compared to London and the hospitality was much better compared to London. Lovely place to chill out and chat and take some nice pictures. The drinks weren’t too nice, the strawberry drink with ice lolly tasted more like a smoothie but the blue potion is nice and sweet and balanced after adding in the sour sweets provided. Was happy that you can choose where you wish to sit as in London this isn’t possible and also nice table decor eg lamp for lighting and plant. Great service
