Old Havana Cardiff

Drinks were great as cocktail of the evening was a great deal but maybe not for a evening meal. I'm sure lunch here in Cardiff would be great but as a visitor to Cardiff I thought it was a restaurant so at the evening it got busy while we were eating. Honestly would go again, the food and drinks were good.

Struggling to get a place to eat on a Sunday, we ended up going here instead. Needless to say, wasn’t disappointed. Again, a great place to eat and enjoy a chilled-out time. Loved the decor and ambience. Service was great but a tad slow, but still friendliness and quality were great. We took advantage of the 3 for £10 deal and ordered 6 items - wings, ropa vieja, churrasco Cubano, chicken wrap, calamares and churros. The ropa was lovely and loved the balanced spicy taste. The calamares was amazing and very good quality. The churrasco also was very good with good portion, while the churros were recommended and it didn’t disappoint. The wrap was a bit of a let-down based on just the size of the portion unlike the others. All in all, was a great place to be and simply relieved that it helped us out of a bind.
