Nu Wembly

I was introduced to Nü because of its location in the virgin active gym. I previously found health food super bland and with limited food options, however after eating at Nü a few times before and after a gym session I can't get enough. I have tried about 4 items off the menu : Zosia's greens, Mango c, the vegetarian Korean BBQ and the vegetarian wrap with BBQ sauces. Each and everytime the staff have prepared these items well, always making sure to make eye contact and hand a straw to you when giving out the items. I also particular enjoy the pH in the mineral water, often some mineral water have an odd saline taste to them, and the Ph7 of the water was quite refreshing. Would definitely like to try some more vegetarian options on the menu.

I love this Nu as I always have a takeaway after gym. My favourite is the breakfast wrap. They also make a great cappuccino and they have some wonderful smoothie options. If you ask them to make you something for a specific time, for example after your workout in an hour's time, it will always be ready and still warm. Wonderful service here.

I decided to gym at VA Wembley and saw they had protein pancakes on the menu. I had to give it a shot and it was a great post-workout treat. I also tried out a strawberry protein smoothie which was really refreshing. The staff are really friendly too. There are tons of vegan options available too. I would highly recommend visiting Nü.

In Virgin Active Wembley Square Nu is a fresh and innovative breakfast and lunch venue. Focussed on food as medicine with lots of fresh and natural ingredients matching the health ethos of a gym where many members are health conscious and adventerous. Today I had the Health Nut Smoothy Bowl and a Peanut Butter Blue smoothy drink.
