Whataburger

For those of us that can't eat the traditional delicious Whataburger hamburger they have salads on the menu. My favourite is the Cobb salad with chicken. I take the chicken grilled. It is a sizable salad and packed with good for you lettuce. NOT ICEBERG! I go there frequently just because they offer this salad.

Don't have a whataburger anywhere near me. Stopped in and I was amazed by the service. I didn't catch his name but I assume he was the manager. I asked if I could buy some of the limited time spicy ketchup with hot sauce, he said no but came back a few minutes later with a small bag of packets! Clean, fast and the food was great.

Rant: So took family to whataburger here in canton lastnight and due to shortage of truck drivers they were out of fries...ok Young lady behind counter said they were going to substitute onion rings instead but could not do it on the kids meal, could only get apple slices for haley..ok healthy Well the young lady failed to mention the upcharge for the onion rings and on the menu the med fry is $2.02 and a medium onion ring is $3.17 a difference of $1.15 . Well my meal the #4 on the menu is $9.70 w/ medium drink and fries but due to the upcharge with onion rings ( out of stock on fries) was $11.19. For a difference of $1.49. So per thier menu instead of a $1.15 upcharge they charged a $1.49. Ok so not much right but also on Penny Thompson Stiefer meal and the other 20 folks in there. So they actually made great money off being out of fries...hmmmm Story thickens because remember they could not substitute rings on kids meal could only get apples. Which were brown and out of date .

Food was good but I’m leaving a review to mention how disgusting the inside of this restaurant is. There’s a ton of bugs outside this building and a ton of bugs inside, all over the floor, walls, and tables. I sure hope there’s none in the kitchen, luckily we didn’t have any mishaps in our meals. A big restaurant like Whataburger should be able to afford a contract with an exterminator. This was the worst I’ve seen bugs in any restaurant.
