Kfc

Waited for 24 minutes in line behind other cars. Got up to the window and no one answered. No one spoke. I spoke repeatedly. I honked. Other cars started honking while waiting for another 7 minutes hoping somebody would show up to the window to take our order. Drove up to the window and it's dark inside like they just decided to close with people in the drive-through. Absolute waste of time! I will never go back because of this Kama and about the people behind me in line thought the same thing. My entire lunch break gone, plus still no food.

We ordered the $20 fill up at the drive thru. When we asked for extra crispy they didn't have the wings. Not a big deal we can have 2 regular. At the window we asked for honey,they were out but offered butter. Fine,that will work. I get home with lunch to find that we have chicken in 1 bag,butter in the other and NO sides. I try calling for 30 minutes but could never get a answer. Message says that they have a mailbox not set-up. I am now going to drive back 20 mins for the principal of it to see what they will do to correct. I will update review when I return.

Bad service! Asked for mashed potatoes they gave me mac and cheese. I asked for honey they didn't put that in the bag. Then when I was at the window I ask the girl can I add another order because it slipped my mind she told me I had to drive around. No one was behind me the drive thru was empty. I felt like she could of done it but chose not too.

Horrible service. Food is prepared in a hurry (to put it nicely). They are habitually slow. For once I wish I could get food that halfway looks like what is advertised... That's got both KFC and Taco Bell. I ordered honey BBQ wings and there was little sauce that they now charge extra for plus the wings were not cooked long enough. Ordering tacos is a joke. They charged me for taco sauce and there was very little meat and other fillings on all tacos. I'm done patronizing this location.

They were out of just about everything & Heaven forbid you try to order Taco Bell & KFC in one order! They don’t even sell a lot of the menu items from their website! My sons food were completely left out of the bags! Good thing he was napping & don’t realize he didn’t get any food. Just ridiculous! Trying real hard not to let this experience ruin our day.

Very rude! The woman who took my order and passed my food out was extremely rude to my mother and I. We were making our order and they continuously kept cutting us off to say “pull up to the second window”. They rushed us and of course, they forgot stuff in our order and we had to come back. This is not how We are usually treated and the fact that I give better customer service at McDonald’s, this is disappointing. These employees need more customer service training.

Waited in line for a long time (about 20 minutes) during normal dinner time and ordered a chicken tender meal. The person taking the order said "hold on" after about 5 seconds she came back on and stated they didn't have any made. how the hell are you going to be a KFC and not have any tenders cooked up or not be willing to cook some up? Will never go there again.
