Bob Evans

Went for family size biscuits and gravy this morning to go of course! Since this is all we can do in Michigan at this time! You would think the gravy would be warm no cold. I can deal with cold gravy it microwave able.I understand its cold out! But to get hard stale biscuits is uncalled for you would think that they would make sure to give fresh? So that we would come back for more carry out! Shame on this bob evens!

We like Bob Evans and treated our family to dinner. Silver wrapped in napkins was full of sticky food. When server replaced the silver, the second batch was just as bad. The manager offered to go wash a setting of 6 for us (what about everyone else eating there?), but we opted for carryout cutlery. As our beverages were consumed, we could see that our Mason jars were also covered in chapstick, lipstick and food! With the glasses full and full if sweat on the outside of the glasses, we couldn't see how dirty they were. I brought the glasses to the counter. The hostess and server there asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. That should have been obvious, seeing the same two people were present when I spoke to manager when I brought silver up there. I told them they should show the manager and returned to my kids at the table. Fully expected a visit from the manager, but nobody came. The server and manager both blamed dishwasher instead of focusing on how to make things right with us. Also did not pull the glassware or silver to have it washed again. Would have given zero stars for this location but lowest it will allow is 1 star.

Very kind and prompt service with excellent employee attitudes while quite friendly with all the customer's. And the blueberry pancakes....WOW! If you love blueberries in and on your pancakes, they are "to die for" with more than enough blueberries to satisfy the need for the "blueberry fix". The only drawback was the over cooked sausage patties that were a little too well done. I'll return to this restaurant if and when I'm in the city of Canton, MI (on Michigan Ave.) again.
