Subway

The poor fella working the food line was a mess. Just a complete wreck of a human lol. I don't know if it was his first day or was so high he forgot what a sandwich was but God bless him, he powered through. After having to help him with verbal assistance, the man finally wrapped the sammy and sent me on my way. Still tasted like Subway.

This morning at 11am (3/31/19), I visited this Subway with my mother in law and my 4 yr old. The man working behind the counter was outrageously rude. Throwing things around, huffing and puffing. When my MIL asked a question regarding the egg sandwiches, he replied rudely “well that’s not helpful”... he was aggressive with the containers, throwing things, some of which landed on the floor - that he picked up and put back with the clean stuff. This man had a long ponytail and a mustache. Didn’t catch his name. But I will not be back at this establishment as long as that man is working there. That was ridiculous. Walked right out of there without our food. Uncalled for.

Can't review the food because I couldn't get any. I went in for two subs. There were two customers in the store and two employees. The two employees were totally tied up waiting on the two customers. The male customer got a salad and took it over to a table and then came back to the register for the remainder of his order. Don't know what his order was because the lady was in the back trying to prepare it and it was no where near coming out. So, I was waiting for this guy and another lady in front of me. The lady in front of me ordered two small subs, with two different kinds of bread. Well, they only had one kind of bread available out front so they had to go out back and harvest the wheat and bake the bread for the second kind of bread this lady wanted for her sub. Then they brought the bread out and sliced it to size and started to build the two small subs for this lady. Well, whatever they placed on the bread, it was wrong and they had to constantly re-do the subs because the lady told the sandwich maker they were putting the wrong stuff on the wrong bread and/or the lady couldn't make her mind up what she wanted on her two different kinds of bread. So, two customers and two employees and the place was totally on its knees. I had no idea how many hours it might take me to get served and one of the ladies was still in the back trying to get that other order together for the guy with the salad. I had been in the store 7 minutes at this point waiting to place an order for two subs and could not get waited on. I left the store, drove down the block to Wendy's which was adequately staffed for 1:30 pm in the afternoon and got 3 burgers, two fries and a frosty in 3 minutes at the drive thru window. Enough said. If you want it fast, don't come to this Subway. Because, if there is someone else in the store, you won't be waited on.
