I had the hot and spicy box with 3 pieces of hot and spicy, crisp on the outside, moist and tender inside, it included a bread roll, chips and potato mash and gravy also a can of drink. It impressed me and was the best hot and spicy I've had compared with other fast food outlets, $11.95. 23/07/22 sadly they don't do the hot & spicy box right now BUT one of my other favourites their wings have returned as a 10 pack, you could still get them in 3 or 6 pack. I mean for $11.95 c'mon, crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside not only that they are a lot bigger than another rooster company, but why am I telling you? The more you buy the quicker they'll run out again. My bad⁉️✔️⭐kfc 🐣🐓🐔

Fairly new KFC store always been happy with my order. Service through the drive through is quick and efficient. Bit slower inside. When I previously ate inside they aren't overly worried about wiping over tables and clearing them of rubbish. Toilets were very clean and tidy and had good air freshener, which is a bonus for a fast food store. It is located on a very busy intersection tho so best to exit via round about and then drive up to intersection. Watch for entering traffic.

Standards KFC fare, chips were hot and fresh. Service was good, friendly and prompt. Drive thru was frenetically busy and the store could do with a second lane as cars were banked up into the road. Tables could have done with a wipe in these "unprecedented times" But parking was a nightmare for dine-in.

I was tempted to give this place a negative review when it first opened as it was pretty rough the first couple of times I went here, but thought it would be fair to give them at least a couple of weeks to get everything sorted as it was a brand new store with brand new staff and lines out the door. I'm glad I did as they have picked up a lot and this is probably one of the best KFC's in Perth, the food is consistently good and the staff are friendly and happy. I eat here 2-3 times a week and am rarely disappointed.
