A small take-away place that serves awesome kebabs, grilled chicken, burgers, wraps, sandwiches and many other snacks. It's a hidden gem. Service is fast usually and the host is super friendly. You can get just the kebab chicken, instead of the whole wrap which I usually do and my favorite. Price is reasonable, no complaints there.

Absolute gem of a place. I regularly get a chicken fillet burger with chips and gravy, and its amazing everytime. Surprisingly cheap compared to other places in Canberra. Super friendly host who regularly offers free things. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

The Charcoal Rooster doesn't have the biggest menu but their charcoal chicken & kebabs are excellent & food is mainly cooked fresh to order.

One of these neighbourhood takeaway food shops. Grilling on charcoal gives the chicken a great flavour. Food and service is good if you want to avoid going to crowded marketplaces.

I was fanging for a coffee and something for breakfast. I see this scruffy little takeaway joint. I go in. Staff are quiet and cordial. They quietly and quickly put together a bacon egg roll and flat white coffee. Reasonable price if it's good. It's good. Surprisingly good. Lots of bacon, roll lightly toasted on the grill. The coffee was actually nice, which is not usually the case for scruffy little takeaways. These unassuming hard working folks deserve your custom.

Everything is fresh and staff are incredible. Vegetarian Avocado Burger is tops and coffee gets the day moving!
