Oliver Brown

Came back here because we were very happy with our first experience at Oliver Brown. This time was a little dissapointing..... we waited for 55minutes for our food to come out. Sausage was warm but dry;hash browns were slightly overcooked; baked beans, bacon and toast were cold. After i approached the staff, they advised that it will be out in a few minutes. Got offered a complimentary coffee for our wait. We were advised as the food came out that there was a lenghty wait because of a large order before us.

First experience of savoury meals at Oliver Brown and honestly they did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The savoury crapes have to be the best thing in the menu. A great way to have a cheeky healthy treat. The sweets were well present except the candle kept going off so we couldn’t keep our chocolate warm enough. So they had to keep coming back to light it. Other than that pretty good food. The waiters however were very disengaged. Once we ordered they kind of left us alone. We would have to go back to the till to get their attention. I would suggest paying more attention to your customers.

Very Disappointed👎 My daughter and I went to Cambelltown for a birthday celebration 5th June 2022. I gave five STARS for service and five STARS for presentation. (2 Stars) The food came out cold I asked for it to be reheated, it was returned with little improvement, i gave up and decided to enjoy the reason I was there. One thing to watch, i tap payed my bill only when I checked my account there was an extra $5 placed on it.
