Starbucks

I visited this Starbucks today…I’m a regular Starbucks customer and visit many. When I used the bathroom, I noticed it was not clean or well kept. As I picked up my to go order I also noticed the counters were not clean and the inside condition was not great. I told the man behind the counter that the bathroom in their store needed some attention. He replied “yeah I know” with no care or apology offered. This Starbucks does not represent my usual experience at Starbucks

Went if for coffee and some used coffee grounds for my garden (great fertilizer and keeps snails away) said they only have have a bag is that ok I said sure... hands me half a garbage bag full of coffee grounds now I have plenty for my garden. Awesome staff good coffee. Order was quick no line at the time. Store looked well kept.

For those of you skimming reviews, I'll just say that I've been very happy with the service at this location. I recommend giving them a try. As we know, they quality of the Starbucks beverages and food is consistent no matter which Starbucks we go to (my experience has only been US locations). But, what can vary is the service. Recently, I had a negative experience at another Starbucks in the area. Afterwards, I remembered just how friendly the team is at this particular location. These guys actually go to the trouble of remembering your name...and greeting you with it the next time you stop by. Just has a great feel about it. I've re-started going to this Starbucks location. And, I encourage you to stop by and check it out for yourself. Thank you for Liking this review...and for sharing it to get the good word out about this location.

Ordered my usual Carmel macchiato with coconut milk extra hot and a sausage cheddar breakfast sandwich. My macchiato had regular milk, was warm and had no Carmel flavor. I ate the muffin sandwich, it gave me a bad stomach ache a few hours later. Only thing I ate the whole day, couldn't eat anything else the rest of the day. Very bad experience at this Starbucks.
