Starbucks

Well that was a very disappointing experience.. Ordered a grande no whip frappe with almond milk and some how it was $7+ .. ?? Then girl only fills it 3/4 full of watery not properly made drink.. I asked can you please fill it up .. she starts rambling that then she would have to make a new one and that’s the proper measurement.. On top of it all it tasted terrible watery and a gross huge ice chunk at bottom.. .I don’t know if girl is new to customer service or what, but personally I would apologize and be like absolutely let’s give you a quality drink for your value.. Don’t think that is asking too much?! Well I would never give a customer a thing I was not proud of or would expect for myself .. Then make me feel like something is wrong with me for asking for better quality.. Raise your standards maybe and maybe try to be a little more friendly .. Definitely have no desire to return to that Starbucks ever again and kinda sets a not great tone for the Starbuck brand??!

I usually give Starbucks a 5, as they are typically excellent. However, at this location the barista would not give me a refill because I had left the premises. Go to the other one by Save On. I suppose this one has better outdoor seating, but is attitude from you server worth it when you just spent $10 on coffee?
