Dunkin'

I would rate this Dunkin a 0 if it would let me, only one time have I had a good experience coming to this Dunkin it is worth my time to drive 20 mins out of my way for good service. They get mad when I ask them to make sure they stir my coffee well, I would not ask if they would take the time the first time. Then the last 3 days in a row they can’t seem to count to 25 and have shorted me a total of 15 munchkins it’s sad I have to count them and 15 short is a lot in 3 days. But when I said something the first time they just ignored me it would be nice for a return of my money or to give me the ones that are owed to me. When you work with customers your job is to be nice not to be rude and snotty to them, many people have complained about customer service but they don’t seem to care so I just want to express it. Hope to see them make things right. When I call they say there is no manager in so how am I suppose to speak to someone I would talk to them while I’m there but they never seem to care and I will now check my orders before I leave. Hope to hear back from someone,
