Subway

What a great experience! I placed a catering order through their site and it was ready on time and everything was exactly as ordered. I am very pleased with the team at Subway. The only downside in ordering from the site is no physical receipt but that is not Subways fault at all. Just something to note if you need one for business purposes.

The people were friendly and it's a pretty typical subway. The sandwiches are passable but not fantastic. It's just normal Subway Fair. This is actually the first time I've been here in many years because the old management had let the place decline as well as the quality. But, the new management seems to have things pretty well in hand and the food is okay and came pretty quickly for a Subway.

Tried to call to put in a call in order and the guy who answered the phone refused to take my order because “they were too busy,” so I asked if he knew about a time estimate if I put in an online order and he said he had “no idea.” I completely understand being short staffed, but have never seen a place so understaffed that they couldn’t take a call-in order or have an online order done in a proper amount of time.

Just terrible all the way around. Don't follow instructions, won't come out to bring food to curbside(Waited 30 mins and had to go in to get it myself). If you don't want to work, don't apply for the job. Sub clearly says no ham, added ham anyway and didn't follow none of the instructions listed. Just need my money back. Won't even answer the phone when I called about this issue either.
