First visit here on 25 October 2023 for a quick lunch.
The two lads serving behind the counter were working really hard and were very pleasant.
I was surprised and thought the food was tasty.
I went for the bao and dirty fries meal deal which included a drink at £9.50, which I thought was pretty good value.
I will return!

Bit of a hidden gem on the top floor of the shopping centre. Varied menu, nice setting, the staff were really lovely and the place was clean. All that and fabulous, fresh cooked food, it was delicious 😋

Hidden away at the back of the shopping centre but worth the effort to find it. Comforting korean inspired food, ideal for a lunchtime. Plenty of options available though it took a little while to wait for food so if you plan to eat here before cinema leave plenty of time. I'll definitely return to try more of the menu.

Maria, Abby and Keri were excellent service for our dinner tonight before the cinema. We were served quickly and expertly with dietary requirements met perfectly. Would come again!

Me and my husband had lunch today from chi and ordered some of the promising dishes on the menu ,the food was hot freshly made and tasty. The staff were so good especially the chef. Dumplings were my favourite and my husband loved the Thai coconut curry with prawns. it's worth coming again .

the bao is good price and taste good. korean chicken is very spicy. the braised pork is nice too.
the salt and pepper noodles is jot bad. the chicken is a bit salty but still acceptable. the shop is quite busy so the service is slow down. canot go in busy time for quick food.

Took my wife out for some shopping on her birthday yesterday and came across Chi in the Grafton shopping centre. Located on the 1st floor next to the entrance to the Vue cinema.
Staff were really chatty and friendly and the Korean street food they sell was super tasty, loads of flavour and a good amount of food for the price.
Will definitely be eating here again plus you can order take away via Deliveroo!

We love Chi! We've eaten here twice so far and can't wait for a third. The portions are extremely reasonable, the food is fresh and delicious. Great options for veggies and vegans too. The staff are super friendly and always make us feel welcome. So far we've tried two of the curries and the bao & dirty fries deal (which makes a perfect lunch btw). And if you need a pick me up give the Vietnamese iced coffee a go!

All the food is phenomenal but the bao buns are a must. I got the chicken and short rib and both had such a unique and well selected combination of flavors. All the food was delicious. The chicken melted off the bones and the gyoza was super good. You can’t go wrong.
