I'm one to dish out five star reviews all the time but I ordered a cake batter latte hot. I specified cake batter latte more than once and he said cold and I said, hot please. The caramel craze was okay but I ordered it for the whipped cream and sprinkles primarily. Very disappointed to not get the cake batter. Next time I'll just order on the mobile app.

ORDERED 10 DONUT HOLES AND THEY ONLY GAVE 7!!
Also pretty sub par iced coffee and donuts :/ Wanted to try the Boston cream, and it was alright... you can tell the donuts aren’t too fresh and the iced coffee seemed liked it was watered down.
Second picture is the three donuts I could have had :((((((

I would rate this location 0 stars if I could. Almost every single time I've visited, there has been some issue with my order. One time, I came to pick up my mobile order and the lady working there told me there was no order under my name. Even after showing her that I indeed made an order, she never apologized and was quite rude to me.
Other times, they just straight up mess up the order. They've given me the wrong drinks or forgotten ingredients so often that I constantly have to be fighting for what I ordered.

I work late shifts and this is the closet Dunkin. Very single time I go hoping to have a better experience they fail me. There’s an older guy working there mid shift who refuses to make any signature lattes or cold brew drinks. Each time I go he says they don’t have it. Very disappointing!!
