The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ordered a Cookie and cream frappe. It was flavourful and tasty. Would definitely recommend this place. To come hangout with friends and chills.

Was good Costa in the Grafton centre in Cambridge with a out of store setting , plenty of seating so you could watch the world go by while having a drink etc

Tasty drinks and friendly service.
The location is also good if someone would like to stop for a second on a weekend shopping trip.
Time by time they are introducing various seasonal drinks and new tastes that are worthy to try if you're an adventurous person, generally speaking.
Usually I go for traditional hot drinks which never disappoint me.
I can recommend this Costa to coffee lovers.

I like this Costa. It's situated in the middle of the Grafton Center in an open space. It can get very busy, and with it being in an open space it can be quite noisy as the noise travels, so it's not a place to go if you want a quiet cup of coffee. It's great for taking a small break from walking around, the staff have never got my order wrong. There's adequate seating but like I mentioned earlier it can get quite busy so if you want to sit, don't go during peak times (lunch & end of school day).

Standard Costa Coffee. Quick service and nice quality. Not the most attractive place to have a coffee at, very basic but ok.

Ok it’s not busy taking forever to serve, one staff member talking to someone for 20mins think she’s meant to be cleaning table. Didn’t clean table.

Smiles (eyes at least) and coffee, what more would you need. Service is great, friendly and fast (fast being important when coffee is needed)
