Just Turkey Restaurant - Calumet City

Don’t order via Door Dash the quality of food you are sold is far better whn you pick up in person. I have tried twice and each time the food is bad. It is not fresh as if they have had it under a heat lamp all night so it it ready to go for potential door dash orders. Edges of th bread and burger were dry, dark and hard. Fries cold and hard.

Myself and my two children ate at White Castle Calumet City, IL Wednesday 4/20/22. My daughter and I had cheeseburgers and my son had plain burgers. My daughter and I became nauseous within hours of eating. I experienced diarrhea, vomiting, chills, and nausea. My daughter experienced chills, nausea and vomiting. My son did not get sick, which makes me believe maybe the cheese was bad. I vomited all night could not keep ANYTHING down not even water or ice chips. I'll never eat white castle again!

Always forget something! I like to stop here on my way home to Indiana from the city. When I stop, it's usually around 9 pm, not really late or busy. But they ALWAYS forget something in my order. I've called them twice, and they said that my name would be on a "list." However, when I return a couple of weeks or so later, there's no list, or if there is, they say my name isn't on it. I'm not in the habit of saving White Castle receipts for weeks, so I lose out. I'm done spending my money with this location. I've lost at least $20 worth of items not recieved.
