Dunkin'

It's a 1 star just because I couldnt go lower. My iced coffee was bland. I could have put ice in my cup of coffee at home it would have cost less and tasted better. I asked the girl brittany who was working the window, could i get it redone she said no. My sausage egg and cheese biscuit was still frozen. The only part was hot was the biscuit itself. When i took a bite. Frozen!!!! I called after work that day to request a refund. The shift manager said i need to bring the products back in to get a refund. ( First I have heard of that especially in a pandemic.) She was not nice at all. She said she would look at the cameras and make sure the coffee was made right and call me back. A few mins later she called me back said the coffee was made right and that she makes sure she lays out the food so it wouldn't be frozen. She offered me replacements. No thanks who wants bland coffee and a frozen sausage and egg on their hot biscuit? I highly recommend you go a few blocks down to Chick-fil-a!! Don't waste your time at this franchise!!! Im surprised they are still in business. 9.50$ totally wasted of my hard earned money. I wrote this review so you wont waste your money like I did.

I travel in a tri state area and I recently visited this location. I sat in line close to 20 mins due to not being able to get out of it, when i completed my order it typically takes the amount of time from speaker to window to have it ready. When i got to the window i was handed part of my order and asked to pull around the corner and they would bring out the rest when it was ready. I sat for an additional 10 min wait, so i parked and went inside for an additional wait. Management didn't even seem to care how long i waited. I will never visit this store again.

One star because I can't give zero. My complaint is over a store employee by the name of "Ashley" she works up front. I go to Dunkin a few times a week and everytime I go in there not only do I need to wait for the online order but I see it is sitting on the counter and no one has started it , she is also always rude to me . I have seen the way she is with other customers and with everyone else she is polite and will carry on conversations with them, but when it comes to me she does not want to speak to me.... I have always said "thank you, have a great day" to be courteous but when I say it to her I get no response... it has happened multiple times , and it's the worst treatment to recieve first thing in the morning.

Extremely clean store. What is exceptionally friendly my drinks were perfect. I was there on a business meeting. They had a conference style tables Swiss about 10 plugins for laptop or phone charging. Very inviting settings. I will definitely be back to this location for any and all of my future small group meetings

Staff was great. They have the Beyond Meat sausage. I got the Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich no egg or cheese, hash browns, and coffee with almond milk. The English muffin is more like a skinny biscuit. I like it. The Beyond Meat sausage was thick and tasted great. I got breakfast for tomorrow, cinnamon raisin and everything bagels. The only negative thing is the card reader did not allow me to leave a tip. I didn't have ones or a five on me. I had to go get a twenty broke at the Racetrac next door and come back to leave a tip. I firmly believe I would burst in a ball of flames if I stiffed hard working people a tip. Just asking Dunkin Donuts to fix that.
