Hardee's

I work as a server in the food industry, so I really hate to say this, but this place just wasn’t it. When we walked in, all of the employees were either sitting at tables or on their phones. We went in with our kid and ordered our adult stuff & then my wife asked the kid what he wanted, he said he wanted a hotdog, so that’s what she told the cashier. We ended up getting a chili dog, which is all fine, chill, everyone makes mistakes, but my son’s picky, so she went back up and asked that we get just a regular hotdog. As she’s doing that, I go to start in on my food & it’s literally cold??? Lil bit strange, and I should have trusted my gut when it told me not to eat it because 10 minutes after consuming this “food” I had a stomachache from heII lmao. Anyway, one of the cooks brings out the remake–another chili dog. She went up again to get it fixed, and thankfully this time around, we weren’t charged for their mess up :’) Anyway, we did get charged for the original remake, and when my wife went to count her money after we left, she was short $10. Staff was pretty friendly, I guess, for the most part, but it seemed shady from the start. We only stopped there because we’re traveling right now, and it was the only food place nearby, but even if we weren’t I don’t think we’d be going back.

Honestly this place is probably the worst place to even try to get food. Which is sad because when you get food from Here it is really good! They are always closed, and do not even bring up covid bc they just find excuses not to work or to run out of things. They were doing this before covid. Now they just have an excuse. So just take the open to 11 off bc I just went there tonight and it had people there but they had everything turned off and the guy hid from the widow...

I'm sitting in your drive through writing this bc your store is open yet the lobby doors are locked hope there isn't a fire and employees can't evacuate. Call your store no answer . We the customer are tired of this slow behavior. This we can't work lobby and drive through laziness. We do not want to hear your short staffed if you can't fill your business with capable employees then close stop wasting our time ! Chick-fil-A seems to be crowded every day yet gets you through over 20 cars in under 10 minutes. Has tons of employees . Perhaps call them take tips . Hire more employees how?? Offer more stop this . So I'm 5 cars from speaker has taken 12 minutes to get to speaker to order . Now after ordering I'm 3 cars from window. How much longer ? Now been 28 minutes in drive through total time before getting food . At this rate 10 bucks per car one order every 30 mins your making 20 an hour paying over head 3 employees your losing money . So just close like rest of Hardee's locations in Birmingham. 30 minutes what a joke!!!
