Place was pretty disgusting. Play place was closed due to covid and was also used as a storage room. They had no large cups, was told the delivery truck just arrived and will bring it to me when they get it off the truck. I ordered inside to eat inside and was brought my food in bags as if I’m leaving. The soda machine was leaking and nothing worked besides Fanta. And the service wasn’t helpful at all, never fixed the soda so the line waiting to use it could get what they’d like to drink.

Decided to give the Crispy Chicken Sandwich try and let me say I can't remember ever eating a worse chicken sandwich. First it just didnt look appealing, dark, dry and like it had been sitting for hours. Chicken tasted bland and looked soggy at some parts. I don't think this chicken was freshly cooked.
I may go back and try something else but definitely disappointing.
Update: Came back for lunch and got a completely difference experience with a burgers and fries. Food was completely fresh and well cooked.

Horrible. Pathetic. Ridiculous.
All we ordered was two hot vanilla lattes. The order was wrong so we had to wait. One of the drinks was only filled halfway and was cold. The other was bitter and tasted old.
Yes, I know it's McDonalds but still. They can't even do coffee?

I would give them a higher rating but we had to wait so long for our food.. (at least 30min, if not longer) they were short staffed granted but I also watched them make several drive thru orders. I had only ordered 2 double quarter pounder combos, super sized.

entirely too much ketchup! this place sucks! the other day came for a filet-o-fish and it was not fresh, the bread was crumbling, and the fries were old, barely even salted! they rush you trying to improve there time when they are instead upsetting the customer and not worried about making us their concern! so many unwelcoming attitudes here. they just need new management all around, someone who knows how to run a business, this goes for crew, shift leaders, GM, and who ever coaches this place! just pathetic

Well we have not been there since the pandemic. Playhouse was closed throughout the pandemic. Our first time back Ac was out and we brought the grandkids they were drenched in sweat after the first hour. Very disappointing. Staff was friendly, the new look is amazing.

It'd be great if they'd pick a set time to close and go by that schedule. Sometimes they're serving drive thru well after 10pm, sometimes they close at 10:00 p.m. and then there's times where you can pull up at 8:30 and they'll come over the intercom and tell you they're closed make up your mind people

No total took my card swept the floor handed my card back then told me to pull forward. After pulling forward backed up and said can I get some sweet and sour she says pull forward sir.
So with that being said where is the customer service how come I wasn’t asked if I wanted anything to to drink how come she didn’t ask me if I wanted any sauce how come she was so rude how come she didn’t wash her hands after sweeping the floor. Customer service is where it’s at she needs to quit taking her miserable life out on her customers. 3rd shift.
