Pizza Hut

Absolutely awesome place staff is very nice and fun to talk to while you wait on your food. Bring back the 5$ line up or I’ll never eat at a Pizza Hut again. The bathrooms are nice and clean and they keep the dining area neat and clean as well. Seriously bring it back now. The food is great. But not 12$ for what use to cost 5$. The delivery team is quick and efficient with nice cars that won’t break down in your drive way or spill oil all over it. They have pasta that I use to eat before they changed their menu that was to die for with great portions. But now I can go to olive guarded or chili’s and eat the same thing for cheaper. Bring back the 5 dollar line up guys it was awesome I’ll give you 5 stars!!!! Please!

This place has the best Arnold Palmer's in Peach and Houston counties. The pizza at the lunch buffet is always hot with a good variety to choose from. Nice clean dining room area. The service is always great. Pleasant management and staff everytime I pay them a visit. I'd definitely recommend this place. I plan to visit again soon.

Service was fast and friendly. Pizza was accurate, hot and tasty. With that being said, resturant facility's are typical outdated Pizza Hut style. Staff does a great job maintaining despite its age. We were there during the Friday supper rush and they kept it clean and we never had to wait or ask for refills. Great job ladies and gentlemen, we will back.

This by far was the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever eaten at and had an experience with. I ordered my pizza and it arrived and hour and 10 minutes later. Rather than what the lady told me. But that wasn’t really the issue. Once I did receive the pizza. It was soggy and doughy in the middle. Nothing about the pizza looked good. Inside or out. And everything looked undone. So I called back to see if I could get my pizza cooked right. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I hung up and tried calling again. The team member raised her voice at me about how long the delivery was and hung up when I asked to speak to the manager. I then called back and asked to speak with the manager and she said he wasn’t there. And then I asked was anyone there over her. And she said no I just told you. And then hung up. Poor customer service. Extremely rude. And very unprofessional.

So we had come to Byron to go shopping and decided to stop at the pizza hut. As soon as we came in we noticed people waiting on their food and many empty tables. The buffet was small, no salad bar, and very few foods on the table. Took forever for the watress to attend to us and although she seemed nice she did not offer a menu . After the fact of getting our drinks which only one cup got a straw. The tables were sticky and we still had not received a menu. We waited for a few more minutes as did other before we decided to leave. Will not return to this place.

When I was there I witnessed what I’m pretty sure was a manager (his name was Bryan I’m pretty sure) yelling very loudly at a coworker. My server Greg was very rude and took a very long time to get our food kinda disgusted because he payed more attention to my gf and step daughter then he did me which was disturbing he didn’t listen to my whole order before Almost walking away while I was talking. I will never bring them back with that kind of sever.

Worst experience ever! Called in a simple order at 11:45. The girl who took my order was not pleasant at all and told me it would take 25 minutes. An hour went by. Called back and the same girl said it should be there any minute. Called back 15 mins later and spoke with manager. She was very nice and told me she would have it to me in 30 mins. Another hour went by and I called back. The manager told the girl answering the phone she didn't want to talk. She said she tried to contact me but didn't have my number to get my apt number. Isn't the phone number the first thing they always ask for! Wow! Wow! Wow! They need to clean house and hire people who actually care!
