The crew got me out of a bind after Domino's cancelled my prepaid internet order. I was in and out within 20 minutes with 12 large pizzas. Everyone I encountered displayed a willingness to help and even carried the pizzas out to my car. The prices were a little higher than other chains, but not prohibitive. I very much appreciated the crews efforts, willingness to help, and their expedient service. Thank you!

If you’re going to order pizza from this location, I hope you’re not hungry because it may take two hours for it to arrive! I placed an online delivery order and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. I logged back on to track the order progress thirty minutes after ordering and saw that my store changed my preparation time without contacting me for an hour after my ordering time. I waited 30 minutes on the phone before I reached an employee who told me that actually my order would be next to leave the store. This was one hour after initial order placement. What actually happened? Well my pizza arrived 2 hours after order placement and wasn’t fresh.

Tried to use the Marco's app to order a pizza, and as it has been ever since I have tried to use their app, it is impossible to get a pizza configured the way I want it on there. It basically forces you to accept light cheese if you want light sauce. ??? So that's on the app and on the corporate office. But when I called the store over a half an hour before closing to make a pickup order I never spoke to anyone. They just kept picking up the phone and then putting it back on hold immediately. No good.
