Pizza Hut

I ordered this pepperoni personal pan pizza from the byram location in August. I promptly went to the website and left feedback for corporate to contact me and included these pictures, and I haven't heard anything yet. This pizza was an inedible soggy mess, and a waste of my time and money. And I went on my lunch break and didn't have time to get food anywhere else so not only did I lose money, I went back to work hungry. I haven't been to this location since and won't be going back in the future. If I could give negative stars I would.

Ive ordered here many times and its very rare that things get delivered correct. One time I ordered 4 marinara cups and instead they were filled with pizza sauce. When they run out of stuff they don't call right away, they wait 40 mins later. Just look at this pizza, it was delivered like that. This place is terrible at food and service.

Well I actually picked it up but the issue was when I was asked my name and I gave my first name, the young gave the price and I added two sides to it. However when she gave me the pizza a notice the size and then I asked about it - it was open and found that it was not mines but someone else with the same name. Now this was not the young lady the waited on me but another individual, but what I didn't like was the question she asked me "Didn't you know that this was not your pizza when you saw the size and it for Name", I replied that is my name and that why I asked because I notice that the size was bigger then a Medium. So, I just got my pizza and left once I saw it was mines. Not a good experience, I'll just go back to Crystal Springs for my orders.

The costumer service here is just pitiful it is really sad. I generally like pizza huts pizzas and wings better than dominos but due to the fact of how poorly the staff treats their costumers at times of course it makes me want to go somewhere else. Attitude goes a long way into anything your are doing. Do better.
