Oh how I miss living in Mississippi so I could get Krystal’s whenever I’d like…but, I digress. However, EVERY 👏🏻 SINGLE 👏🏻 TIME 👏🏻 I come to visit my family, Krystal’s is ALWAYS the very FIRST stop on my trip. I also take a steamer pack, or 2, back on the 6 hour drive back to Dallas. (They’re still delicious even when reheated 😉) I have seen where most people are complaining about the new type of fries. However, I thought they were crunchy deliciousness. If you’re not a French fry person then try the tater tots. PLEASEEEEE COME BACK TO DALLAS! I’ll even help open a location if corporate sees this. I’m begging! We need one!!! 💕💕💕

Have been trying to catch them open for a solid week. Nobody is there when they’re supposed to be, yesterday got there at 5:05 and there was a sign that said they were closing at 5, and now they’re just closed altogether! If you can’t run a fast food place like it’s supposed to be might as well just shut it down permanently! This place has seriously gone downhill since it first opened. Just don’t go here.

I pulled up to Krystal because the sign said dining room open well guess what someone came and locked the door and did say anything. Well I went through drive-thru to place my order and I order double dozen shrimp and it's comes with shrimps hush puppies and fries. Well I enjoyed the hush puppies but the shrimp and fries was old ,cold, and Soggy and I did not ask for a bucket a Grease. But the cheese Krystal was ok. Gas is a high to take anything back.

Does Krystal not have set hours anymore?? Seems like some businesses are taking advantage of COVID & closing when they feel like it... we sat in the drive thru for about 5 mins, & a lady walked up to the truck & said, "I'm sorry, but we're about to close. We're out of food." It was like 9:45pm on a Sat night... After asking nicely, she agreed to fix a sackful of 12 Krystal for me & the kids. I WISH I'D SAVED THE $ & LEFT!! We got our sack & left. Before we got home, I ate one... took 2 bites & threw it out the window!! HOW WERE THEY STONE COLD?? Not even a little warm! 🤷🏼‍♀️ I won't be going back here EVER!! Which makes me SAD, because Krystal has ALWAYS been my late night favorite! They say, "All good things must come to an end..." I guess that includes Krystals...😦☹️

Ok I wait in lane being about car # 8 in the drive thru. It was moving very very slow. I finnaly order 2 chili cheese pups no problem. Still line not moving. After 40 minutes I get up to window. The young lady said sorry out of wieners would you like to order something else. I said no...i had overheard the people in front of me and she told them same thing but they ordered something else. I see the cycle if they are out of item..dont tell the customers just when they pull up they will order something because they are hungry. Had similar probably with Brookhaven store except their problem was weiners were frozen. Lol dont you think they have a microwave?

I ordered quite a few burgers, and expected it, like any other Krystal, to take near half an hour. Well, needless to say, it didn’t. This Krystal had very nice employees and had my burgers ready in 15 minutes! I always love stopping at Krystal and will make an effort to stop at this one whenever I pass through town again!

If you could give less than 1 star I would. Young lady with a pink and white jacket was less than pathetic. Rude she said that she had “a customer “ inside so she couldn’t wait on me. If you are too lazy and ignorant to work in fast food then go ahead and get on welfare. That’s all that you are fit for.
