Ordered at drive thru, getting requests over the phone from family members, they were so patient & helpful placing my order & got it fixed & ready to go within minutes & sent me on my way, smelling that great food, making me even more hungry , ready to tear into that bag of mouth watering chicken & side orders... The only way it could be better is if it were free & delivered to my house!! But, we know that's not possible..I am a very satisfied customer of KFC... Thankyou Gail Teer...

While waiting for my food. A worker who was emptying trash containers was told by the Manger to go help fill food orders. No problem with that. My concern was that the worker never changed his gloves. I politely got his attention and pointed out that he was handling food with the same gloves. He did take them off and wash his hands before putting on clean ones. Just a concerned customer.

My friends and I have enjoyed our lunches here many times over the past few years, including yesterday. We always get the buffet, as that is a tremendous value. This is a clean, well-managed restaurant. The food has always been fresh, hot or cold when appropriate, well-stocked and delicious. The managers on duty, the cashiers and other personnel have always been helpful, caring, pleasant and efficient. I cannot even imagine why there are so many negative reviews here.

It was Saturday night around 9pm and the line was really long in the drive thru and inside. We went though the drive thru and it took over 12 minutes to up to the menu and then we didn't hear anything from anyone inside for another 4 minutes until I said something. She ask me to wait a moment so I did. I have been sitting here for a really long time and they had only half the menu on the drive thru. So I had to get 3 different employee to finally understand what I wanted. Finally was upto the window and found out that they only have half of a staff and were also had to make almost everything when it was ordered. Then the employee handed me tacos and not chicken. Wow keeps getting better. The manager really took care of me and was really calm even under the circumstances.
