Poor service. The register didn’t even smile and was very snappy. I order a small strawberry green tea and I was watching them make it. The person used a broken cup and poured it into another cup then tried to seal it but the seal was all lumpy. The tea was very sweet and the toppings all popped in the drink. Don’t recommend this place at all!

It will the first time and last time visiting this store. I ordered a milk tea with pearls. (The guy maybe missed heard me and puts pearls and lychee jelly on the order and I didn’t notice on the screen)So I noticed (after order) that pearls and lychee jelly in the cup, try to wave and get the guy attention and he ignores me. Finally got his attention told him I didn’t want lychee jelly in the pearl milk tea, he said to me I’m too busy, (he was very frustrated and very rude)he didn’t want to take the lychee jelly out, I told him can you just scope it out, still he didn’t want too, then he opens the door and he said you want to come in here and do it. He also said to me if you don’t want this drink pay for another drink. Wow this was unbelievable experience ever for me for the first time. Don’t know how you train this guys. This was the worst customer service I ever have experienced. Hope you improve on customer service.
